Abstract Research purposes: Construction project risk management is an effective measure for controlling and keeping the construction project away to improve the project investment benefits, but the effect of construction project risk management can not been given full scope in the course of the construction because of the defaults of construction project management mode adopted popularly in China, resulting in construction project risk loss, so it is necessary to seek the way for giving full scope to the risk management for the purpose of enhancing the construction project capacity against the risk.
Research Conclusions: The full scope can be given to the construction project risk management by introducing the general control mode into the existing construction project risk management mode. In this paper, the analyses of the adaptability of the construction project risk management in general control mode and its effects are made
