Abstract Abstract:Research purposes: Relying on the platform of information management of railway construction, carry out automatic monitoring technology research to the quality control of prestressed beam tension, subgrade compaction, tunnel lining. Find out existing problems of current monitoring method and put forward the technical scheme for solving these problems. Develop information technology and information platform, realize the informationization and remote management of key process of railway construction.
Research conclusions:(1)The automatic control system for prestressed beam tension is confirmed stableand reliable. The results show that the system can balance the tension at both ends of the beam, the unbalanced force is less than 1% of the control tension, andtension control precision is within 0.5%.The test results can be transferred and displayed on the information management platform. (2) The continuous compaction control systemis confirmed stableand reliable. The quality of subgrade compaction can be tested and showed in the way of images, which can also be transferred and displayed on the information management platform. The correlation coefficient between the results of continuous compaction control and conventional test is greater than 0.7, which satisfied the requirements in relevant procedures. (3) Put forward the technical scheme and system components of quality control system of tunnel lining.(4) These three systems can be applied in the informationization field of railway construction.
