Combined with the engineering practices on construction of high piers for Qincaigou longspan bridge on the Shen-Yan Railway，the following construction techniques are introduced: the manufacturing of the hollow tipping formwork，the vertical erection of the formworks，the vertical and horizontal tran sport mode of the concrete，as well as the technical measures for the quality guarantee and the qualification at once time.
