摘要

本文概要介绍了桃花铺1号隧道工程概况、地质条件和TB880E型掘进机的主要技术规格及其配置的岩石临时支护设备，详细分析了影响TBM在桃花铺1号隧道围岩破碎地带作业效率的各种因素，阐述了改进岩石支护作业工艺、方法和支护设备的局部结构和配置，以及调整设备维护保养作业工作制式等相应的施工技术及其显著的应用效果。

Abstract

The article introduces the construction situations of No.1 Tauhuapu Tunnel, the condition of geology, the main technical specifications of TB880E tunnel boring machine and the temporary supporting pans equipped for the rocks every factors which could influence the efficiency of working in broken zone in No.1 Tauhuapu Tunnel arc analyzed in detail. The article expounds also the improving production process, method of rock supporting process and the improving partial structure, disposition and adjusting construction technology of working control system in maintenance of boring machine and its notable effect in application.
