本文通过对中国铁路工程总公司项目管理工作的回顾，深刻分析了国有大型建筑企业项目管理所面临的形势，并对今后一个时期加强和改进项目管理工作提出了对策。

Based on the review on the item management works of China Railway Engineering General Corporation, the situations of item management faced on by the national large-scale architectural enterproses are analyzed deeply in this paper. The countermeasures are proposed for enhancing and improving the item management works in certain period hereafter.
