摘要

研究目的:满足200 km/h山区客货共线电气化铁路的弓网受流质量要求。
研究方法:以遂渝铁路在导线最低高度6 330mm条件下运行的情况为例,对不同区段的悬挂方式及其接触网零部件的设计使用及材质等进行了较为详细的介绍,说明了接触网零部件采用高强度和韧性好的材料,并从结构上具有质量轻、耐振动的特点在高速铁路运行中的重要性。
研究结论:根据综合试验情况及数据,对试验情况进行了分析,弓网接触力数值主要分布在现行规定的40~200 N之间。试验说明了新型零件能满足接触网弓网受流质量要求。

Abstract

Research purposes: The purposes are to meet the requirement of quality of current collection of pantograph and OCS for 200km/h electrified railway in mountain area.
Research methods: The detailed introduction is given to different catenary suspension modes, application of accessories and materials quality for different sections under condition that the lowest height of catenary is 6330mm on Suining-Chongqing Railway. It shows the importance of adopting materials with high strength and good tenacity for catenary fittings and light and anti-vibration structure for high-speed railway.
Research results: The analysis is made for the test through test data. The contact force between pantograph and OCS is between 40~200 N. It shows new type fittings can meet the quality requirement of current collection of pantograph and OCS.
