研究目的:解决我国高速公路资金短缺的现状，提出拓展高速公路融资渠道的一些建议。
研究方法:本文针对高速公路项目适用的BOT、ABS融资模式进行研究，介绍了BOT、ABS这两种主要用 于高速公路项目建设的融资模式的基本思路，分析其在高速公路项目融资中必要性、可行性及不足之处。对 两种高速公路项目融资模式进行了对比分析。
研究结论:中国公路建设资金需求巨大，供给不足，一直以来是困扰我国公路交通顺利、持续、健康发展的 焦点向题，也是一个难点问题。项目融资对应于高速公路建设项目，无论从融资成本、融资效率、还是对资金 供求双方的吸引程度等方面都算得上高效的融资方式。与传统的一般融资方式相比，项目融资具有显著的优 越性。项目融资包括许多模式，针对高速公路建设项目的特点，选择适合的模式进行融资，是应用项目融资成 功的重要环节。BOT与ABS比较适合在高速公路项目融资中应用。区别其不同的特点，合理利用，将解决我 国高速公路建设资金短缺的现状。
Research purposes: This paper resolves the actuality of capital shortage in Chinese highway and puts forward some suggestions in highway project financing.
Research methods: At first, by studying the relevant information, this paper introduces BOT, ABS two kinds scheme based an project financing, which are chiefly used in highway construction, and finds out their advantages and disadvantages. This paper also makes comparison and analysis between BOT and ABS in highway construction by the comparative study method. And this paper also give the reasonable suggestion.
Research conclusion：The highway construction in China requires huge amount of money. For years, the lack of financial support has been a major problem that threats the sustainable and healthy growth in transportation development of our country. Project financing always lies a certain optimum financing pattern in teens of financing cost, financing efficiency, financing risk and the attraction level of the capital both supply and demand in the highway construction. Project financing includes many patterns. It is important to choose the right financing pattern according to the demand of the project. BOT and ABS are fit for highway project financing. Made clear their characteristics and rational utilization, it will solve the problem of the capital shortage in Chinese highway construction
