研究目的:1981年在斯得哥尔摩召开的第10届国际土力学与基础工程学术会议上第-次提出并定义 了“环境岩土工程”这-学科术语,环境岩土工程学的学科定义、研究内容、学科特点和研究方法体系正在形 成中,但至今仍存在着不同意见争论。
研究方法:本文在大量阅读环境岩土工程已有研究成果的基础上,采用总结、归纳、分析的研究方法,分析 了环境岩土工程学的产生背景和发展过程,在环境岩土工程学的学科定义、研究内容、学科特点和理论体系等 方而提出了粗浅的见解。
研究结论:环境岩土工程学的研究目标是保护和改善岩土环境,保证各类工程的安全和持久运行;研究内 容涉及到与岩土工程活动有关的所有环境问题;具有系统性、广泛性、复杂性、多学科性、长远性、社会性、法规 胜和低效益性等特点。
Research purposes: The academic term of Environmental Geotechnology was firstly presented and defined on the 10th National Conference of Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering which was held at Stockholm in 1981. Though the difinition of discipline,research content,character of discipline and research methods of environmental geotechnology was forming,the disputations over different suggestions had existed yet.
Research methods: This paper analyzed the generating background and development process of Environmental Geotechnology using the research methods of summary,induction,analysis based on the research results had presented already,and presented some preliminary viewpoints on the difinition of discipline,research content,character of discipline and theoretical system of environmental geotechnology.
Research conclusions: The general aim was to protect and improve the geotechnical environment,and assure the safety and enduring operation of kinds of projects. All of environmental issues with relation to geotechnical engineering was concerned in the research content. The discipline was characterized by its systematicness,universality,complexity, multi-discipline,long term,sociality,regulation and low efficiency
