研究目的:解决富水软土地区地铁车站采用单墙衬砌(地下连续墙直接作为结构的侧墙)结构的防水 问题。
研究方法:针对上海地铁2号线西延伸工程淞虹路车站设计采用连续墙直接作为主体结构侧墙的实际情 况,结合地下工程防水技术规范和地铁设计规范,研究地铁车站混凝土结构自防水、连续墙(侧墙)接头、诱导 缝、施工缝防水技术以及侧墙抗裂砂浆防水涂层(刚性四层抹面防水层)防水技术。
研究结论:富水软土地区单墙衬砌地铁车站较双墙结构防水技术难度大,设计和施工要求高;连续墙(侧 墙)接头是防水设计和施工的关键部位;采用十字型钢板的刚性止水接头可以满足结构防水需要;当连续墙 接头与主体结构诱导缝对齐时,采用包覆丁基橡胶腻子的十字型钢板,既起到防水作用,又满足诱导缝结构变 形作用。
Research purposes: The purposes are to solve the waterproof problem of metro station in rich water and soft soil ground when using single wall lining structure, i.e. using underground continuous wall as the side wall of structure.
Research methods: Taking the design of underground continuous wall as the side wall of main structure of Songhong Metro Station on Line 2 of Shanghai Metro as an example, the researches are done on the waterproof technologies for self waterproof of concrete structure, joint of continuous wall, induction joint, and for the rigid four-plastering coating of crazing resistant mortar, following the ”Technical Code for waterproofing of Underground Works" and ”Code for Design of Metro".
Research conclusions: There are more technical difficulties in waterproofing by application of single wall lining in rich water and soft soil ground than double wall structure , so high quality design and construction are required , for which the joint of underground continuous wall is a key factor. Application of cross-shaped steel rigid water stop joint can meet the requirement of waterproof to the structure. When the joint of continuous wall is aligned with the induction joint, the cross-shaped steel plate coated with butadiene styrene rubber lutein not only makes effect on waterproof, but also meets the requirement of structural deformation for induction joint.
