研究目的：为进一步做好兰州市下阶段的城市轨道交通规划工作,对有关规划依据、规划目标、发展模式、交通疏导型(SOD)和规划引导型线路(TOD)、可持续发展等问题进行探讨,研究兰州城市轨道交通不同于其它城市轨道交通的侧重点等问题。
研究结论：兰州市对轨道交通的需求非常迫切,只有着重分析兰州市的特殊基础条件,按照科学发展观要求,结合兰州市的实际情况,才能较好的制定出兰州市城市轨道交通规划,为下一步的轨道交通工程设计打下良好的基础。
Research purposes: The discussion is made on the planning basis，the planning target，the development mode，the tracks of SOD(service oriented development)and TOD(transit oriented development)and the issues of sustainable development．and the research iS done on the main differences of urb粕mil transit in Lanzhou from others in order to better planning the urban rail transit in Lanzhou in the next phase．
Research conclusions: The urban rail transit is needed urgently for Lanzhou．Only when the special basic conditions of Lanzhou are analyzed and the actual passenger flow in Lanzhou is considered can the plan of the urban rail transit be well mapped out to lay a perfect foundation for the urban rail transit in Lanzhou in future．
