研究目的: 在我国200 km/h 及以下客货共线铁路中,车站咽喉范围内单横腹杆式腕臂支柱同时悬挂三 支接触网的形式得到了广泛的采用。随着铁路的不断运营,接触网系统需要及时的检修或更换。但是传统的 腕臂绝缘子更换的施工方法已不能满足三腕臂支柱悬挂的特殊要求,将导致接触网支柱破损、扭面,甚至断裂 等更大的接触网事故。本文对三腕臂支柱类型设计选择和施工过程进行计算和分析,以为接触网安全运营检 修提供依据。
研究结论: ( 1) 设计在支柱类型的选择时必须充分、全面地考虑施工检修增加的附加荷载; ( 2) 施工检修 过程中合理地采取施工方法,避免对接触网系统增加附加荷载; ( 3) 提出了两种更加合理的三腕臂支柱腕臂 绝缘子施工更换方法: 采用杉木杆对其卸载后进行更换; 采用接触网检修作业车对其卸载后进行更换。
Research purposes: Research purpose: In china,Three - cantilever suspension installed on solo Prestressed concrete pole with acrossed - webmember is widely used in station throat area in the passenger and cargo railway with the speed of 200km/h and below. When the railway system is under operation,the overhead contact system needs overhaul or replacement in time. However,the construction method of replacing traditional cantilever insulator cannot satisfy the special requirement of the three - cantilever suspension system,which may cause cracking mast,distorting mast, rupturing mast and so on,even more serious accident in overhead contact system. This paper calculates and analyses the design selection and construction process of the three - cantilever mast in order to provide the basis for safe operation and maintenance in the overhead contact system.
Research conclusions: ( 1 ) the Increased attached load during construction and Maintenance must be taken into consideration fully and comprehensively,when choosing the mast type in design. ( 2 ) During construction and Maintenance,the reasonable construction method could avoid increasing attached load in overhead contact system. ( 3) Two more reasonable methods of replacing cantilever insulator in mast with three - cantilever suspension are provided. Fir post is used to uninstall and change process. OCS overhaul working cart is used to uninstall and change process.
