引汉济渭工程输水隧洞施工废水处理工艺研究

摘要

研究目的:本文对秦岭输水隧洞施工废水进行了水质分析,主要污染物的组成内容,对施工废水处理性进行了评价,本工程针对这-问题进行调查研究和方案设计,对引汉济渭工程越岭段隧洞施工过程中所产生的废水进人西安集中饮用水源地而引起的水质污染问题,在对废水水质监测及水量进行科学预测的前提下,采用切实可行的、高效经济的废水处理技术方案及工艺流程,在引汉济渭工程的顺利实施的同时保障西安集中供水水源的水质安全。
研究结论:(1)秦岭隧洞施工废水水质属于无机悬浮污染型水质,有机污染浓度较低;(2) 6号支洞正常情况下每日平均废水量约为17 867 m3/d,最大水量为35 734 m3/d;7号支洞正常情况下每日平均废水量约为 7 826 m3/d,最大水量为巧730 m3/d;(3)针对秦岭隧洞施工废水水质特点,提出以“混凝+沉淀+过滤+吸附”为核心的处理工艺,处理后水质能满足《地表水环境质量标准》 (GB 3838-2002)中II类水体指标;(4)秦岭隧洞施工废水以“混凝+沉淀+过滤+吸附”为核心的处理工艺的研究成果,适应于公路、铁路隧道施工废水综合处理。

Abstract

Research purposes:The purpose of this paper; Qinling tunnel construction waste water quality analysis conducted,consisting mainly of pollutants,the construction of wastewater treatment was evaluated to investigate and study the project and program design to solve this problem,to lead Han Wei River Crossing section of tunnel construction process wastewater generated into Xi'an centralized drinking water sources and water pollution caused by problems in the context of the monitoring of wastewater quality and quantity of scientific prediction,using a practical, efficient and economical wastewater treatment and process technology solutions,cited the successful implementation of Hanjiang- to-Weihe River Diversion Project centralized water supply while ensuring the quality and safety. Xi'an is important for the safety and security of drinking water sources and water quality maintenance Qinling local ecological environment.
Research conclusions:(1)Water Qinling tunnel construction waste is inorganic suspended polluting water, the lower the concentration of organic pollutants. (2)Under normal circumstances,No. 6 adit average daily waste water is about 17 867 m3/ d,the maximum amount of water is 35 734 m3/d; under the 7th adit normal average daily wastewater is about 7 826 m3/d,the maximum amount of water 15 730 m3/d. (3)For the Qinling Tunnel of wastewater quality paper proposes a “coagulation+sedimentation+adsorption+filter” as the core of the treatment process,the treated water can meet the “Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard”(GB 3838-2002)in Ⅱwater indicators.(4)Qinling tunnel construction waste to the “coagulation+sedimentation+adsorption+filter” research as the core processing technology,adapted to the highway,railway construction is widely used integrated treatment of wastewater tunnel and promote and protect the ecological environment.
