摘要

研究目的:为解决常规建筑热回收空调系统在特殊气候条件(极冷或酷热)无法保障送风温度以及热回收不充分问题,一种基于热泵的室内排风热回收系统被提出,并通过实验对该系统冬季工况热回收性能进行测试,其测试结果为实际工程应用提供一定参考。
研究结论:基于热泵的排风热回收系统冬季工况性能测试结果表明:(1)该系统冬季排风热回收量大于常规热回收装置的回热量;(2)该系统的效率(COPsys)在2. 6以上是一种有效的节能系统,具有较高的节能环保价值;(3)该系统能充分回收室内排风中热量并能保证特殊环境的送风温度,提高了室内排风热回收空调系统中室内排风的热回收效率;(4)该研究成果可为基于热泵的排风热回收系统在建筑排风热回收中的应用提供重要参考依据。

Abstract

Research purposes:In order to solve the defect of exhaust heat recovery system at present,an exhaust air heat recovery system based on heat pump was proposed,and its system performance was tested in winter conditions. The result can provide a reference for practical engineering applications.
Research conclusions ; The performance of exhaust heat recovery system based on heat pump was tested in winter. The following results by experiments was obtained:(1)The recycled heat by exhaust heat recovery system based on heat pump is greater than by the conventional heat recovery system. (2)The efficiency of exhaust heat recovery system is more than 2. 6,which is effective and energy conservation.(3)It can fully recycle indoor heat,guarantee the supply air temperature in the special environment and improve heat recovery efficiency. (4)It will provide important reference for the applications of exhaust air heat recovery system based on heat pump in practical engineering.
