研究目的:相较于混凝土腹板箱梁和直钢腹板-混凝土组合箱梁,波形钢腹板-混凝土组合箱有许多优点,是桥梁结构发展的重要方向之一。本文意在提出波形钢腹板抗弯等效厚度的概念,从理论上对波形钢腹板的受力特性进行研究,并得到相应计算公式。
研究结论:(1)推导出波形钢腹板对箱梁抗弯承载能力贡献比例的理论计算公式,得出波形钢腹板所承担剪力占截面总剪力比例的计算公式;(2)计算出波形钢腹板所提供的抗弯承载能力与全截面总承载能力的比值,该比值接近于0,从理论上证明:在计算波形钢腹板箱梁的抗弯承载能力时,可以忽略波形钢腹板的贡献;(3)波形钢腹板中的最小剪应力与最大剪应力之比接近于1,从理论上证明波形钢腹板上剪应力沿钢腹板竖向基本相等;(4)在小跨度试验梁及大跨度实桥算例中,波形钢腹板所承担的剪力占总剪力的比例均不到 85 %,证明混凝土顶、底板所承担的剪力不容忽视,且梁高越低,钢腹板所承担的剪力比例越小;(5)本文可以为波形钢腹板箱梁桥的建设提供-定的理论依据,对波形钢腹板桥梁的研究有一定的参考意义。
Research purposes:Steel-concrete composite box girder with corrugated steel webs has more significant advantages than concrete box girder and straight steel webs concrete composite box girder, and it is an important development direction of the bridge structure. In order to theoretically study its mechanical characteristics,the concept of equivalent thickness of corrugated steel webs bending resistance is proposed,at the same time,the corresponding calculation formulas are obtained.
Research conclusions:(1)The theoretical calculation formula about the percentage of the ultimate flexural capacity that the corrugated steel webs contribute to the box girder is obtained,and the theoretical calculation formula about the percentage of the shearing force that the corrugated steel webs bears in the whole section is also obtained. (2)The ratio of the ultimate flexural capacity of the corrugated steel webs to that of the whole section is calculated to be close to 0, which indicates that the contribution of the corrugated steel web to the ultimate flexural capacity of the whole section is very little so that it could be neglected in the calculation.(3)The ratio of the minimum shearing stress to the maximum shearing stress is calculated to be close to 1,which indicates that the shearing stress is generally uniform along the vertical direction of the corrugated steel web. (4)In the calculation of small span test beams and large span box girder bridges,the ratios of the shearing force of the corrugated steel webs to the total shearing force in the whole section are all less than 85 %,which indicates that the top slab and the bottom slab would share significant shearing force. And at the same time,as the beam depth decreased,the corrugated steel webs bear less percentage of shearing force.(5)This paper can provide a considerable theoretical basis to the construction of box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,and it is valuable to the research of the same type of bridge.
