摘要

研究目的:为了解决温州南线路所不具备设置安全线的问题,本文通过对线路所至温州南站间行车作业工况安全性分析,辨析出隐患工况。结合相关规范、线路所站场布局和信号控制系统,对重点隐患工况针对性地提出防护方案。
 
研究结论:通过分析研究,得出如下结论:(1)线路所共存在20种作业工况,经辨析8种工况为隐患工况,其中“SZ-前直后侧、SZ-前侧后直”需重点防范;(2)设备正常时行车,车载设备能保证各种作业工况的行车安全;(3)反向运行时,如采用温州南站至青田站间大区间运行,则所有的反向运行工况都是安全的;(4)安全防范方案为:行车组织的优化,线路所通过信号机外移或红灯重复显示;(5)此分析方法可供类似站场布局的行车安全分析参考。

Abstract

Abstract:Research purposes: In order to solve the problem which Wenzhou South block post does not meet the conditions of setting catch siding, we find some risk conditions by the safety analysis of a train runing between the block post and Wenzhou South Station. We put forward some protection schemes by researching the relevant specifications, block post layout and signal control system.
 
Research conclusions:(1)Recognizes 8 kinds potentially risk conditions from 20 kinds of conditions, in which the SZ-front straight back side and SZ-front side back straight need to focus on prevention. (2) The on-board equipment can ensure traffic safety in a variety of operating conditions, when the equipments are normal. (3) When the trains running in reverse direction and the automatic block bewteen Wenzhou South Station and Qingtian Station is setted, all the conditions are safe. (4) The security solution is that optimizing traffic organization, moving the block signal of the block post farther or the latter signal displaying red repeatedly. (5)This method can be a reference to a similar traffic safety analysis.
