摘要

研究目的:目前我国客运专线桥梁占线路比例逐步加大,大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥以其跨越能力大、刚度大、伸缩缝少、养护简单得到广泛的应用。其中大跨度曲线连续梁的变形直接影响到轨道的平顺性和列车运营的安全性。利用midas civil软件建立有限元模型进行结构的空间分析,研究大跨度曲线连续梁变形特点,重点分析温度对曲线连续梁变形的影响。 研究结论:对于客运专线主跨130 m及以下跨度曲线连续梁,采用满足设计速度目标值的曲线半径,研究分析得出:(1)大跨度曲线连续梁竖向变形和纵向变形与同等跨度的的直线连续梁基本一致;(2)曲线梁横向变形主要由活载(离心力+摇摆力)和温度力产生,主要表现为跨中水平变形,且远小于规范要求限制值;(3)系统升降温使梁体各点沿着不动点弦线方向产生变形,内外侧腹板温差使梁体各点绕着不动点沿径向方向产生变形, 横向变形对轨道结构来说是安全可靠的;(4)该研究成果可应用于客运专线大跨度曲线连续梁设计。

Abstract

Abstract:Research purposes: The ratio of bridge in passenger dedicated line is increasing at present. The long-span continuous beams are widely used, with the characteristics of spanning capacity, big stiffness, less expansion joint and easy maintenance. The long-span curve continuous beams deformation is vital to track regularity and operation safety. Finite element analysis is realized basing on midas civil, including the deformation characteristics and temperature effect of long-span continuous beam. Research conclusions:From the research on curve continuous beam of passenger dedicated railway with the span less than 130m and the curve radius according to the specification requirements, it is concluded that:(1)The vertical and longitudinal deformation of the curve beamis basically identical with the straight beam.(2)The lateral deformation is mainly generated by live loads (centrifugal force and swing force) and temperature force. This kind of deformation mainly presents as mid-span horizontal deformation and the value is much less than the one given by the code requirements.(3)The deformation along the direction of the fixed points′ chord line of every point of the beam is caused by the heating and cooling process of the bridge system, and every point′ sradial deformation around the fixed points is caused by the temperature difference of internal and external web plates, the lateral deformation is safe and reliable to track structure.(4)The research achievements can be used in the design of long-span curve continuous beam of passenger dedicated railway.
