Abstract:Research purposes : The bottom of railway tunnel is the bearing structure of train operation,quality defects easily induce operating tunnel floor heave,mud pumping,cracking and other diseases,thus seriously interfere with the transport,affect driving safety,economic loss is very large. So the evaluation of the hierarchy and treatment scheme of concrete quality defects at the bottom of railway tunnel is necessary.
Research conclusions : (1) The root cause of quality defects at the bottom of tunnel is the weak site management,
therefore,must strengthen management, and strengthen inspection and supervision, to avoid thequality defects at the bottom of the tunnel. (2) The defect area ratio and the defect thickness ratio are used to evaluate structure defects at the bottom of railway tunnel,the results of the evaluation can be divided into five levels : slight,more serious,serious,very serious and extremely serious. (3) According to different defect, the corresponding processing schemes such as grouting,grouting + anchor,dismantlement and redoing can be adopted. Taking the dismantlement and redoing,less than lining shutter length 3 m as a dismantled length unit, by the finite element numerical simulation and field application,has little influence on surrounding rock,initial support and secondary lining,and is safe. (4) The research results can be used for quality rating and processing of railway tunnel concrete.
