Abstract:Abstract : Research purposes : There are typical diseases in themajor parts of type Ⅰ elastic fastening system on the service process,such as spike rust,crushing of rail pad and Fw insulation performance. In order to ensure the service life of fastener system,reasons for typical diseases were discussed,and comprehensive property promotion measures of type n elastic fastening system were put forward on the basis of the application research of new materials, and were verified in field test. Research conclusions :( 1 ) Typical diseases of type Ⅰ elastic fastening system were largely caused by the material performance degradation. (2) The alloy material could improve the antiseptic property of spike. (3) The polyurethane elastomer material could improve the crush resistance of rail pad. ( 4 ) The fiber reinforced resin composite material could improve the whole insulation performance of fastener system. (5) The components of type Ⅰ elastic fastening using new materials have high service life and less maintenance workload. (6) The research conclusion can provide a reference for comprehensive property promotion of type Ⅰelastic fastening system.
