Abstract:Abstract : Research purposes : Corrugated pipe culvert has been applied in highway engineering frequently, but not yet used in railway. Thus, the main design parameters of corrugated pipe culvert were analyzed theoretically with ABAQUS, and the force and deformation characteristics of corrugated pipe culvert under the influence of various factors were studied , to provide data support for the application of corrugated pipe culvert in railway engineering. Research conclusions : (1) With the increase of filling height , corrugated steel culvert earth pressure , internal force , the horizontal deformation showed the linear growth trend. (2) The stress deformation of waveform D , E and F showed a consistent trend , with a little difference value among them. While , waveform C owned a smaller stress , but a larger deformation. (3) The thinner the wall - thickness is , the greater the corrugated pipe culvert’s stress is, but the deformation was not sensitive to the thickness. ( 4 ) The larger the diameter is , the larger corrugated pipe culvert stress and deformation are. (5 ) The research results can povide the references for the study of railway corrugated pipe culvert.
