摘要

摘要:研究目的:地铁作为地下的密闭空间,当车站公共区发生火灾时,如何有效地采取措施保证人员的安全 疏散显得尤为重要。本文分别采用CFD模拟技术与热烟试验研究方法对地铁车站送排风系统的排烟效果进 行分析,为今后地铁中大规模火灾模拟提供参考依据。 研究结论:(1)通过热烟试验,发现车站设备管理用房串烟现象较为严重,因而走廊排烟自然补风设计 时,风管上的手动防火阀改为常闭电动防烟防火阀;(2)通过现场测试,得知各测点风速、温度及实际烟气疏 散效果良好,满足规范要求,说明车站的送排风系统合理;3)建立地铁车站排烟系统排烟过程的数学模型, 通过Fluent软件进行模拟求解,并对比热烟试验监测点的实测数据,验证所建立模型的准确性,也说明边界条 件设置的合理性,为CFD模拟大规模的火灾提供思路。

Abstract

Abstract: Research purposes: It is very important that how to take the effective measures to ensure the passengers scurity when the fir^ happens in the metro station which is taken as the closed space underground. The CFD simulation technology and hot smoke test method are applied to analyze the smoke evacuation effect of the supply and exhaust air system in the station in this paper, which can provide some references for the simulation of large scale fire. Research conclusions :( 1) There exists the phenomenon of smoke flowing here and there through the hot smoke test. Thus, the normally closed electric smoke fire damper should take place of the manual fire damper in the pipe when designing the natural air makeup on the smoke evacuation of the corridor. ( 2 ) Through the field test, the wind speed and temperature of test points can meet the requirements of national regulation, and the effect of smoke evacuation is good, which prove that the supply and exhaust air system is feasible and provide references for other metro engineering. Establish the mathematic model of smoke evacuation system in metro station, and solve the model by the fluent software. The accuracy of established model is verified by comparing the field test data in hot smoke test with the simulation values, which can also prove that the settings of boundary conditions are reasonable and provide introduction for large scale fire simulation.
