摘要

研究目的:针对复杂艰险山区地质条件复杂、地质资料匮乏的现状,提出一种基于多源遥感数据的铁路滑坡危险性评价方法。结合中吉乌铁路勘察设计,研究综合利用高分辨率遥感、多光谱遥感及数字高程模型等多源数据,基于XGBoost算法开展研究区范围内的滑坡危险性评价分区工作,以完善艰险山区铁路工程地质勘察工作,并为后续的铁路设计选线提供数据支撑。
研究结论:(1)基于多源遥感数据可提取线路区域的地质条件、水文条件、地形地貌及地表覆盖四类滑坡灾害因子,为后续滑坡危险性评价模型提供数据;(2)XGBoost算法可有效对众多滑坡灾害因子进行特征选择并计算其权重;(3)该方法可得到客观有效的滑坡危险性评价分区图,为后续铁路的设计选线提供资料;(4)利用该方法获取的中吉乌铁路滑坡危险性评价分区图,可判断该项目的北线方案优于南线方案,宜作为推荐方案,方案比选结果与项目地质勘察结果一致。

Abstract

Research purposes: In view of the complex geological conditions and lack of geological data in complex and dangerous mountainous areas, a railway landslide hazard assessment method based on multi-source remote sensing data is proposed. Combined with the survey and design of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway project, the multi-source data such as high resolution remote sensing, multispectral remote sensing and digital elevation model are comprehensively used to carry out landslide hazard assessment zoning work within the study area based on the XGBoot algorithm, so as to improve the geological survey of mountain railway projects and provide data support for subsequent railway design and route selection.
Research conclusions: (1) Based on multi-source remote sensing data, the four types of landslide hazard factors, including geological conditions, hydrological conditions, topography and land cover of the route area, are extracted to provide data for subsequent landslide hazard assessment models. (2) XGBoost algorithm can effectively select features from many hazard factors and calculate their weights. (3) This method can obtain an objective and effective landslide hazard assessment zone map, which provides reference materials for subsequent railway design and route selection. (4) The landslide hazard assessment zone map of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway obtained by this method can be judged that the northern route of the project is superior to the southern route, and should be used as a recommended scheme. The comparison and selection results of the scheme are consistent with the geological survey results of the project.
