Abstract:Research purposes: The Chongqing-Changsha-Xiamen Railway is a high-speed railway connecting Chongqing, Changsha and Xiamen. This paper compares and selects the macro alignment plan of the Chongqing-Changsha-Xiamen Railway passing through the Changsha area, and further selects the local plan for crossing the Changsha urban area based on the macro alignment plan of the line.Research conclusions: (1) The introduction of high-speed railway into a region needs to balance the relationship between railway and urban planning, existing and planned infrastructure, and not only needs to meet the requirements of railway transportation, but also needs to integrate human landscape and urban development, so as to select the reasonable route plans.(2) In conjunction with factors such as the layout of the hub in Changsha and the overall urban planning of Changsha, the route lengths, impact on existing lines and investment are compared. The scheme of passing through the airport and Liuyang is recommended for the macro alignment. Further analysis involves considerations such as the impact on urban layout, social risks, engineering complexity and cost-effectiveness, and the scheme along the Beisanhuan Road is determined, which can better meet the main project requirements. (3) The research results are fully applied in the survey and design of the Changsha-Ganzhou Railway, which are in line with the project approval and review plan.
