摘要

研究目的: 小型化磁浮应用场景与定位和常规中低速磁浮不同,现有的轨道方案难以满足线路要求,并且成本不易控制,为适应磁浮巴士试验线线路短、曲线半径小、运量及速度要求不高等特点,开展小型化磁浮轨道结构设计,并通过建立有限元模型,研究导轨周围的磁场分布、悬浮力及导向力变化特性,分析和验证轨道结构在多种荷载工况下的可靠性。
研究结论: (1)新型轨道整体结构简单,施工安装方便,曲线适应性好,造价低,适用于小批量生产;(2)悬浮力与悬浮间隙及横向偏移呈负相关关系,8 mm额定悬浮间隙下,轨道提供的悬浮力能够满足车辆载重的需求;(3)导向力与横向偏移呈正相关关系,横向偏移超过±3 mm后,导向力增速逐渐变缓;(4)在不同荷载工况下,轨道各结构的应力均满足材料强度要求,导轨内外磁极面高度差始终低于0.5 mm;(5)相关研究成果可为小型化磁浮轨道结构设计提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract

Research purposes: The application scenario of miniaturized maglev is different from that of conventional medium-low speed maglev. The existing track scheme is difficult to meet the line requirements, and the cost is not easy to control. The maglev bus test line is characterized by short route, small curve radius, low traffic volume and speed requirements.In order to adapt to these characteristics, the structure design of the miniaturized maglev track was developed. By establishing the finite element models, the magnetic field distribution around the rail and the variation characteristics of electromagnetic force were studied. And the reliability of the track structure under various load conditions was analyzed and verified.
Research conclusions: (1)The new track type has advantages including simple overall structure, convenient construction and installation, good curve adaptability and low cost, and it is suitable for small batch production. (2) The suspension force is negatively correlated with the suspension gap and lateral offset. Under the rated suspension gap of 8 mm, the suspension force can meet the demand of vehicle load. (3) The guiding force is positively correlated with the lateral offset. When the lateral offset exceeds ±3 mm, the growth rate of the guiding force gradually slows down. (4) Under different load conditions, the stress of the track structure meets the material strength requirements. The height difference between the inner and outer magnetic polar surfaces of the rail is less than 0.5 mm. (5) The research results could provide references for the design of miniaturized maglev track.
