Abstract:Research purposes: According to the characteristics of large stiffness and high requirement of the line shape of V - shape pier of passenger dedicated line,the research was done on the supporting system and casting method for construction of the massive V - shape pier and slant - leg to ensure that the line shape inaccuracy was within 1cm and the root of slant - leg had no crack.
Research conclusions: ( 1) By taking the pile foundation and concrete supporting pier as vertical Load - carrying structure and taking the fine rolled twisted horizontal prestressed cable as comprehensive load - carrying system to offset horizontal thrust,it was ensured that the line shape inaccuracy of beam was within 1cm and the root of slant - leg had no crack during construction of massive concrete of V - shape pier and slant - leg. ( 2) By using a kind of one - end tensioned anchor box,the slant - leg could be tensioned without damage and it was unnecessary to build the working platform at the end of the pier. In addition,it was easy to do the tension work. In this way,the construction was more safe and faster,and the construction environment was better.
