Abstract：Research purposes: In order to inspect the actual dynamic responses of Chongqing straddle-type monorail transportation system, dynamic loading tests were carried out.
Research methods: Through dynamic performance test on Chongqing straddle-type monorail transporation system under different speed, the dynamic characteristics and responses of PC rail beams were studied, and at the same time the comfort of passengers of monorail vehicles was also tested and analysed.
Research results: The dynamic characteristics tested of PC rail beams matched well with theoretical calculation.
