Abstract：In this paper, President Qin Jiaming briefly reviews the development process of China Railway Engineering Corporation to be Global Top 500 Companies. He describes the inherent meaning of Global Top 500 Companies and points out the decisive tactics and measures for realizing this great goal. By revealing the relationship between both mentioned above, he verifies one concept, namely “Advanced and scientific ideas of enterprise management is the basic guarantee to lead the Chinese state-owned large-sized enterprise into modernization.”
