Abstract：Research purposes: The main design factors on the system of railway line project could forecast the goals planned by the owner of the project. It is very essential to review for main design factors on the system of railway line project. This paper tries to discuss the way about the primary review for main design factors on the system of railway line project and make out the primary review for main design factors on the system of Chongqing-Huaihua railway line.
Research methods: Railway project is considered complicated system in this paper. There are many ways on the primary review for main design factors on the system of railway line project. This paper studies the review way of design factors on the system of railway line project planned.
Research results: It is indicated that the design factors on the system of Chongqing-Huaihua railway line project are approving according to the conditions given by the Primary Review.
Research conclusions: It is one of the ways to forecast the goals planned by the owner of the project and has a foreground on development.
