Abstract:Research purposes: Taking the construction of Xinhualu Flyover Frame Bridge at DID 253+185.267 m+14 m+7 m in Jinan-Yantai Railway Electrification Project as an example, it was decided to adopt the construction technique of jack-in between junctions while keeping the line open to traffic, after comparing many schemes for construction of skew sectional frame.
Research methods: The technical points are described in details of jack-in design of rear back, design of skew inverting block, designs of sliding bed treatment and track strengthening, design of temporary pier and control of jack-in direction for the construction conducted by adopting method of jack-in between junctions in this paper.
Research results: It only took 135 days to finish construction of the bridge quickly with features of safety and high quality due to control of the technical points mentioned above during construction. The tolerance was within 5mm between the front end and rear end of sectional frame.
