Abstract：Research purposes： The researches are done on how to do the work well of materials selection and how to deal with the nodal point well in construction for the purpose of providing the reference to the design and construction of the canopy roofing of railway station platform.
Research conclusions ； The small ribbed plate should be adopted to the large-span and small-curvature canopy roofing because the curved part requires smooth transition, but the work should be done well on leak - proof with waterproof structure and waterproof paints. The canopy structure should be truss structure with structural rods crossing each other.
