Abstract：Research purposes:Social responsibility is very important to the sustainable development of enterprises．Studying the situations of China large—sized construction enterprise ‘s fulfillment of social responsibility and the management experiences of global well—known construction enterprises in social responsibility and exploring the basic ways and means for the large—sized construction enterprises to promote the sustainable development with fulfilling social responsibility have the reality significance for China large—sized construction enterprises and the whole industry to promote the sustainable development．
Research conclusions: China large—sized construction enterprises should learn from the advanced experience of the international well—known enterprises and set up the modelTl management concept on social responsibility so as to establish the management mode for fulfilling social responsibility，improve the governing structure，fulfill responsibility and enhance the management level of social responsibility for providing the perfect foundation to promote the healthy and sustainable development．
