Abstract:Research purposes:The Bidding 6 of Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, located in Jiangsu Province and Shanghai City, crosses navigable waterway for several times, with total length of 158 km. The Wusongjiang Bridge crosses the 5 grade navigable waterway with deep buried depth of its foundation, long construction period, bad construction environment and big construction risk, so construction of the bridge is essential to construction of the railway. Turning the construction of the bridge in water to the construction on land, how to us the steel sheet pile as surrounding wall and how to combine bored pile with deep water abutment are the key points to lower the construction risk, shorten the construction period, speed up the construction process, guarantee the construction quality and normal operation of navigable waterway and achieve the expected goal of the controlled project of the railway.
Research conclusions:With application of steel sheet pile as surrounding wall along with the technology for island-filling, it was successful to turn the bored pile and abutment in water were to on land, lower the construction risk, improve the construction environment, speed up the construction process and guarantee the construction quality and normal operation of navigable waterway, which can offer the reference to the similar works.
