Abstract：The second high splitting grunting can greatly increase the anti-pulling capacity of the cable-anchors in the soft ground; the following paper research discussed the mechanism of increasing the anchorage capacity in details, the formula to compute the anchorage capacity is provided in theory, and also provide a simplified method. It has great directed sense in the designing and construction of the second high splitting grouting cable-anchors.
