Abstract：This paper analyzes the main problems in management of construction contract in Chinese construction field, and puts forward the countermeasures for strengthening management work of contract, in order to change the present situation of construction contract management, decrease the conflicts and mistakes in contract, lift up the execution rate of contract and increase the management level of construction on the spot.
