Abstract：The defects to varying degrees occurred commonly on the structural beams and columes of the integral assembled reinforced concrete frame in the waiting hall at certain railway station. There were serious faulty cracks on the frame's beams，which endangered the proper operation. The paper researches deeply the appearance of such structural faults and analyzes systematically the reasons of these faults. The calculation,design and construction for the consolidation arc expounded also in detail in this paper.
