Abstract：Based on the understanding of conception for the comfortability of subway's passengers，i. e. the relative warm index (RWI)，the paper expounds that the air conditioning temperature in subway's stations should be changable and should not be a fixed value. It is possible to provide a comfortable heating circumstances for passengers only by working out reasonably the design standard for air conditioning parameters inside of room，and therefore the aim of energy saving may be obtained.
