Abstract：Based on the experiences of the China Railway Second Engingeering Bureau in recent years，five schemes for providing complete sets of machinery according to different kinds of tunnel construction are introduced，and the specialities of these different schemes are demonstrated. Their advantages and shortcomings are pointed out. In order to solve the existing problems，several suggestions are proposed. They are valuable as reference for different tunnel construction enterprises.
