Abstract:The cadre data-base has been widely used in rai lwa y depa rtment s. By uti li zing this data-base, a computer systema tical manag ement may be put forw ard based on the info rmations w hich are requi red for the evaluatio n o f the pro fessio nal technical po st s accomplished every y ear in the railw ay depar tment.
