Abstract：As the reform and open policy has been dev elo ped in depth, the railway co nst ruction market s wi ll be opened g radually by th e gov ernment in order to release the const raints o n the natio nal eco nomic developments by the rai lw ay as soon as possible. Due to th e rush in o f the foreig n investment s and the fo reig n merchants, the national rai lway co nst ructio n market wi ll be conv erted into a big inter natio nal arena. Therefo re, the na tional rai lway co nst ruction enterprises wi ll be faced wi th serious challenge. The author proposes sev eral o pinio ns on how to face w ith this challenge.
