Abstract：The pa per pro poses the specific sugg estions co ncerned w ith the implementatio ns o f the TB10425- 94 in the co nst ructio n o f new rai lw ay lines and the test s and evaluatio ns in batches fo r the rai lw ay precast co ncrete beams. The pro blems which sho uld be paid a ttention to in the specific applicatio ns o f the interim co nv ersion schemes are also proposed. They are va luable as reference for the engineerirg desig n a nd co nst ructio n technica l staf fs in the po pulari za tion and implementa tion o f the TB10425- 94.
