Abstract：This thesis expounds the inevitability that carry out dynamic management for building cost of railway engineering. It points out the problem on ragulating some kind ex?penses in the building budgetary of nationalized railway. Moreover，it suggests the views which revise the way of drawing up and carry out dynamic management for building bud?getary of local railway.
