Abstract：A general contract to build a bridge on Nanpanjiang River at Padu District on Nanning-Kunming Railway Line is an engineering project in which the design is the principal part of the project* The paper introduces the characteristics of the design and its excellent new ideas. The length of the main span of the bridge is nearly 90m，designed as partial pre?stressed A-class components. Among the same type of railway bridges in our country, it is in the leading status.
