Abstract:Research purposes : Embankment landslide is a kind of engineering landslide caused by human activities transforming natural environment, which is often formed due to weak strata, steep slope area, river erosion, slope catchment,a retaining engineering problems, influence of old landslide, poor construction quality and steep fill slope. In order to reasonably analyze the embankment landslide geological factors and human factors, determine the reasonable project management plan, this paper takes a highway embankment landslide for example, analyzes the embankment landslide causes and treatment scheme. Research conclusions : (1) Embankment landslide is caused by many factors, reasonable analysis of the key factor is the key to determine the management scheme. (2) Embankment project design is based on detailed geological data, and engineering construction is based on strict engineering quality, which is the premise to avoid embankment landslide. (3) Embankment landslide tends to form a larger social impact. In addition to considering the safety and economy of the project, the determination of treatment scheme should also consider the social impact. (4) This paper on embankment landslide causes and treatment scheme, can provide effective reference for similar engineering landslide governance.
