Abstract:Research purposes: The research on prefabricated BIM technology is often limited to the design or construction stage, and the application of prefabricated BIM technology in the whole life cycle stage from design to construction and final operation and maintenance is still lacking. This paper introduces the technical route of the application of prefabricated BIM technology in the whole life cycle stage: that is to develop component library platform to facilitate the management of PC component family library; to develop BIM mold plug-in, and carry out three-dimensional visual collaborative design of assembled BIM technology; comprehensive application of PKPM-BIM collaborative platform and Navisworks software to deepen the design and processing of prefabricated components; the application of Pinming HiBIM software for electromechanical deepening design; to establish BIM model, and combine BIM+ construction management platform for BIM application in construction stage; to develop operation and maintenance platform for operation and maintenance BIM application. Research conclusions: (1) BIM application requires all parties to unify data format or develop BIM information platform to improve the fluidity of BIM data. (2) Comprehensive application of existing BIM software and self-developed BIM software can be very good for prefabricated BIM application, proving that BIM technology is a method that can timely optimize the design scheme, optimize the construction, and facilitate the later operation and maintenance. (3) Each participant in the project should develop BIM software and platform suitable for them according to the project demand system step by step. It is a good development idea to reserve the interface for later development and data communication with other participants.
