Abstract:Research purposes: The evaluation of rail transit network planning in urban agglomeration is the main basis for the selection of planning schemes. This paper constructs a scientific, objective and universal evaluation index system and evaluation method to provide theoretical guidance for the development of urban agglomeration rail transit. Through the establishment of an evaluation index system with 5 criterion levels and 23 index levels including line network structure, operational effects, social benefits, urban coordination, and difficulty of implementation, a combination of gray correlation method and information entropy weight method is given to determine the index weight, the gray fuzzy multi-level evaluation model is constructed to comprehensively evaluate the target level, criterion level, and index level. Research conclusions: (1) The case shows that the planning evaluation system and method proposed in this paper are scientific and feasible. (2) The degree of influence of rail transit network planning criteria level is line network structure, urban coordination, operational effects, social benefits and difficulty of implementation. (3) The research results are applicable to the evaluation of the quality of urban agglomeration rail transit network planning, and can provide decision-making reference for urban agglomeration rail transit planning and construction.
