Abstract:Research purposes: As there is a littler consideration of the ecological environment in the course of the earth - stone engineering for railway construction,so it is necessary to research how to establish the reasonable model for the earth - stone allocation to realize the good coordination between the earth - stone engineering and ecological environment for reducing the impact on the ecological environment and achieving the optimal goal of the earth - stone engineering for railway construction.
Research conclusions: According to the features of the earth - stone engineering,the earth - stone allocation was described systematically. Based on it,the double - level programming model was established for the earth - stone allocation with consideration of the interests of the government and the enterprise. In this model,the up model was for the optimization of the earth - stone engineering system and the down model was for the lowest cost of the earth - stone allocation. The calculation result showed using the this model could cut the impact on the ecological environment and the engineering cost.
