| Speed up Establishing New Construction Technology Standard Systems for Railway Construction in China |

Abstract With the overall development of all causes in China, the railway in national economy and society development has played important roles and the railway construction has become more and more vigorous in recent years. The original railway construction technology standards can not adapt to the demands of railway development, so it is imperative to speed up establishing new construction technology standard systems for railway construction. Aiming at construction of the first class railway passenger dedicated line, the main principles, basic framework，main contents of establishing the new construction technology standard systems and the differences between the original one and new one are demonstrated in this paper. The following direction measures are presented in this paper for overcoming the problems existed in the course of establishing the systems:(1)to further improve the standard systems;(2)to strengthen the standards' systematicness and compatibility; ( 3)to focus on the standards' fitness and timeness; ( 4 ) to speed up transferring re-creative achievements into standard based on introduction and absorption; (5)to focus on saving investment and lowering construction cost; ( 6 ) to further strengthen basic theoretical research work. The purpose of publishing this paper here is to provide the reference to the real practice concerned.
