Abstract The article discusses the elementary understanding of carbonaceous shale and argillaceous shale lithology and also dissertates the construction measures that were adopted in the engineering through the project geological problems in the construction of sotf rock tunnel which is located in the railway shope soft ground of a mountainous area southwest china.lt also emphasize on introducing the soft rock tunnel entrance section construction techniques and discussing the rea?son analysis and treatment technology of the construction shoring distortion in hydrous soft rock crashed section and con?crete masonry for supporting.
