土石方调配问题双层规划模型及算法研究

Abstract Research purposes: As there is a littler consideration of the ecological environment in the course of the earth － stone engineering for railway construction，so it is necessary to research how to establish the reasonable model for the earth － stone allocation to realize the good coordination between the earth － stone engineering and ecological environment for reducing the impact on the ecological environment and achieving the optimal goal of the earth － stone engineering for railway construction．

Research conclusions: According to the features of the earth － stone engineering，the earth － stone allocation was described systematically． Based on it，the double － level programming model was established for the earth － stone allocation with consideration of the interests of the government and the enterprise． In this model，the up model was for the optimization of the earth － stone engineering system and the down model was for the lowest cost of the earth － stone allocation． The calculation result showed using the this model could cut the impact on the ecological environment and the engineering cost．
