Abstract：The treatise describes the figure of Singapore construction industry. Its essence is to analyze main-contractors’ operational means in the international construction market, to compare the differ?ences on project management between arid overseas ,and to expatiate on contract documents and price. Finally it sunimarizes the developmental trend of international construction engineering. and therefore proposes the strategies for Chinese construction enterprises.
