Abstract：The establishment of railway visible construction market provides a new thinking and researching space for the investment and management of railw ay construction hereafter. It laies the foundations for the scientific and complete development of railway construction， and for the implementation of technical advance to raise the level of railway construction more rapidly. In this paper，the author introduees the manage layers of the railway visible construction market and its duties，the exchange scope of the Engineering ftoject Exchange Center of MOR and its exchange regulations，etc. They should be taken into attention widely by railway technicians and manage staffs.
